Start by filling out our quick online assessment form. This helps us understand your fitness goals, current fitness level, and any specific needs or limitations. (Once your assessment form is complete, we will be notified and reach out to you to schedule your consultation)
Schedule Your Free Consultation
Once your assessment is submitted, you’ll be prompted to schedule a free one-on-one consultation. During this session, we’ll discuss your goals, preferred training schedule, and any questions you have about the program.
Review and Confirm Your Plan
After your consultation, we’ll create a customized coaching plan tailored to your fitness journey. Once you approve the plan, you’ll receive details on pricing and next steps.
Sign the Waiver
To finalize your enrollment, you’ll need to review and sign our waiver, which outlines the terms and conditions of the program.
Get Started!
Once everything is set, you’ll receive access to your personalized program, workout library, and progress tracking tools. Your first session will be scheduled to kick off your journey toward achieving your fitness goals.

Depending on your start date is when you will be required to send a weekly screenshot of your smart scale results.
You will have access to a google document as well as the NASM EDGE app in order to be able to track and input your progress.
(Due to comfort) Progress Pictures are an option but not required.

Yes, online coaching can be combined with in-person sessions for local NYC clients. (Manhattan, Queens, Brooklyn)(ONLY)
