  • Our Corporate Fitness programs include:

    • Sessions are conducted in your preferred location: your home, private gym, office, or any other convenient setting. Virtual sessions are also available for travel or remote flexibility.

    • Each package includes customized personal training sessions, a tailored nutrition plan, progress assessments, recovery guidance, and 24/7 client support (depending on the package level).

    • Our Flexible Schedule policy accommodates busy professionals. Sessions can be rescheduled with a minimum of 24 hours' notice. You will not miss out on your sessions and they will be made up /counted towards renewal via contract.

    • Your first session includes a full fitness assessment, goal discussion, and the start of your tailored program to ensure maximum efficiency.

    • Yes. Nutrition plans are included in premium packages. We provide customized guidance to align with your fitness and wellness goals.

  • We offer secure payment options via credit card or ACH transfer. Payment plans may be available upon request for 3-month and 6-month packages through “Afterpay.” (Inquire at sign up)

    • We require a 30-day notice for cancellations. Refunds are not issued for unused sessions, but they can be rescheduled within the program duration.

    • Yes. You can pause your program for up to 2 weeks with prior notice to ensure flexibility during travel or emergencies.

    • Yes. High-quality virtual training options are available via Zoom or other platforms for added convenience when traveling.

    • As an experienced veteran fitness professional, I combine precision, discipline, and concierge-level service to deliver measurable, life-changing results tailored to executives’ lifestyles.

      • All sessions must be used within the program duration (e.g., 1 month, 3 months, 6 months). Unused sessions do not roll over unless paused in advance.

    2. Rescheduling Policy:

      • Sessions can be rescheduled with a minimum of 24 hours’ notice. Cancellations within 24 hours are considered forfeited.

    3. Refund Policy:

      • Payments are non-refundable. In cases of program termination, unused sessions may be credited toward future services at the trainer's discretion.

      • Results are dependent on client adherence to the program, including training consistency, nutrition guidelines, and recovery practices.
